Submissions from Ministries have received.  In general details on staff need be completed.

Staff Performance Appraisal (SPA)

18 Ministries have submitted their SPA hence in-completed (MCIC, MEHR, OB, MICTTD, MISE, MFMRD, PSC, MHMS, MIA, KPS, LC, MLPID, MoJ, MoE, KNAO, Parliament, OAG, PSO. 

5 more Ministries to submit their SPA (MFAI, MFED, MWYSA, MELAD, Judiciary).

Report finalized and to be submitted to Cabinet.

NCS K, HRD Policy review capturing GoK allowance

In the second stage of the process. Finalization is still with PSO.

Bulk recruitment

Targeted in-country trainings co-funded by MFAT and GoK

  • Certificate in Justice with 50 funded employees (5 OPL, 45 Judiciary).  The first cohort will complete their training in June 2019.  Second cohort to complete theirs in Nov 2019.
  • Certificate/Diploma in Project Management with 13 funded employees.  This second cohort has commenced in sem:1 2019. 
  • MBA with 10 funded employees is in their final course.
