The Human Resource Management Centre (HRMC) has 12 staff under the leadership of the Director of HRMC. The division is divided into two units –  the HR Development Unit and the HR Management Unit, both focusing on managing and developing a high-performing workforce and a modern, healthy and respectful work environment to achieve government objectives.
