China : 39 Masters’ Programs Scholarship

The Public Service Office is pleased to announce that the Peoples Republic of China – 39 Masters’ programs are now open for employees in the public service including the KCCI and KANGO.

All interested applicants must follow the guidelines provided for the program you are applying for/interested in. Note the relevant websites (provided on document) where you can fill in the application online.

Apart from the requirements provided per program, you are also required to meet the GoK scholarship requirements, for example, the age limit, the 3 years of service, etc. You are also advised to follow the normal conversion requirements for the in-service approval.

Applicants are required to start applying for the University, the approving body for scholarship funds and the recommending embassy as early as possible.

PSO will recommend the candidates by Wednesday 20^th of May, 2026 and submit the list and copies of applications to the Embassy of the Peoples Republic of China by Friday the 22^nd of May, 2026. Please take the due dates seriously.
